Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing regional teams, and achieving overall revenue targets on a national level. 1. Develop and execute PAN India sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand customer base. 2. To Manage the ATL, BTL and TTL marketing practices according to the go the market strategy of the company to create a strong brand presence of the company. 3. To manage and update all the online business platforms in order to achieve 100% target completion . 4. To continuously bring up new marketing ideas, track industry trend for viral content, and continuously create content to reach maximum audience via suitable campaings. 5. To plan and create Marketing Materials for both on line and off line marketing channels according to the industry trends and data, in order to get maximum customer numbers . 6. To prepare a monthly MIS of marketing, to get reports and marketing analytics on marketing campaings . 7. To do the season planning/new product launch marketing planning well in advance in coordination with the design and content team . 8. To perform data analytics on the customer data, take insights from it and design marketing campaigns accordingly and to be consistent in communication with the customers . 9. To execute strategies contributing in overall brand building of the company. 10. To ensure the implementation of the sales policy & HR policy . 11. Job Summary As a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the Tent & Textile industry, you will be responsible for expanding the company’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. Your role will include reaching out to event companies, decorators, wedding planners, and corporate clients to promote tent fabrics, décor textiles, and related products. You will handle lead generation, client meetings, and negotiations while ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires a strong understanding of textile products, event requirements, and market trends to achieve sales targets and support business growth. Job Description 1 To manage the incoming leads of the clients and assist them in their order fulfillment and execution of the same. 2 To update the client status in the CRM Software and keep checking for the new DMs or comments. 3 To communicate with the customer and understand their requirements carefully and advised them on a product accordingly . 4 To share the Quotation (error-free) with clients in the desired channel. - Maintain the version of the quotation in case of revision occurred in the quotation. - Check the stock report details for the ready-design SKUs. - Give the Right Commitment for the delivery and mention it in the quotation if need be . 5 Ensure we do up sales and cross sales of the products (Up sales – educating clients on higher product end, cross sales – sharing the brochure of flowers ) 6 Take follow-ups on the given quotation which is yet to be closed. 7 Planning activities based on the Upcoming season and trends, keep the learning from the previous season as well . 8 Keep the marketing material like E-Brochures, Brochures Upto date and ensure all the team has updated one . 9 Be a strong contributor to events, shows, and exhibition . 10 Maintain Orderliness at the desk and keep the working station clean . 11 To upgrade own self on sales management and customer relationship management . 12 Any other relevant work arises in the department regarding business development, digitalization, and Process improvements . Qualifications & Requirements Education: Graduate (Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Textile or related field). Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles (Textile industry preferred). Skills: Core Skills: Team Management, Communication, Understanding Human Behaviour, Data Management. IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint. Managerial & Interpersonal Skills: Strong Negotiation, Coordination, People Management, Ability to handle rejection, Self-Motivation, and Relationship-Building.
