An office boy's primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of an office by providing support to staff and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This includes tasks like maintaining cleanliness, handling basic administrative duties, and running errands. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping the office, including common areas, restrooms, and pantries, clean and tidy. Administrative Support: Assisting with tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Errands and Logistics: Running errands such as delivering documents, handling banking or courier tasks, and coordinating with external service providers. Serving Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and snacks to staff and visitors. Meeting Room Setup: Preparing meeting rooms by arranging furniture, equipment, and refreshments. Inventory Management: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, including stationery and pantry items. Visitor Management: Greeting and assisting visitors to the office. Assisting Staff: Providing support to office staff with various tasks as needed. Ensuring Smooth Operations: Contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth functioning of the office. Adherence to Safety: Following safety precautions during all housekeeping activities. Basic Knowledge: Having a basic understanding of office procedures.
