About this role

This role will be responsible for running the warehouse like a well-oiled machine — from managing inwarding, storage, quality checks, and dispatches, to ensuring every process runs as per SOP. 

You’ll coordinate daily with sourcing, merchandising, and logistics teams to keep things moving and resolve any hiccups — be it damages, delays, or stock shortages. There’s a strong operational rhythm here, and you’ll be expected to keep that drumbeat steady.

This is ideal if you thrive on structure but don’t shy away from chaos when it shows up. You should be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and driven by on-ground efficiency. We’re not looking for someone who just “manages the floor” — we want someone who owns outcomes. If you're used to passive oversight, this might be uncomfortable. But if you’re hands-on, process-minded, and care about getting things out the door on time and error-free, you’ll feel right at home.

Culture

We don't have a ton of VC money to burn. We're not trying to be a unicorn. We don't have a fancy town hall every month or employee talent days where you mandatorily have to dance & pretend you're happy (f*&K that).

If you work with us, we will need you to dream big but work small every day. We'll need you to be patient for the audacious goals but impatient with action. You will join a winning team, not a family. And we don't care if you a tea or coffee person (ok maybe a little bit).
