Job Description

Warehouse Manager
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Directly supervises warehouse staff including 3PL, ensures daily goals are met, and ensures safety regulations are followed.
Communicates with cross-functional teams for daily activities and ensures smooth operation, conflict resolution, and time management.
Tracks inventory levels, manages stock replenishment, performs regular audits, and ensures stock is properly accounted for.
Responsible for receipt, warehousing, issue, and dispatches as per plan and error-free SAP documentation for domestic as well as export dispatches.
Handles documentation for RM-GRN and finished goods movements.
Checks and verifies MPNs during dispatch to ensure error-free and safe loading of finished goods.
Manages line feeding, inventory management, physical stock counting, and space management.
Oversees contractor safety management and P&M/MHE operations.
Ensures warehouse equipment (such as forklifts, conveyors, etc.) is maintained and repaired. Responsible for the upkeep of the building and safety equipment.
Handles documentation related to IMS/OMS/RMS.
