Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Define and maintain the brands identity, tone, and narrative across all communication channels.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine positioning and messaging.

2. Content Creation & Social Media Strategy

  • Lead the creation, curation, and execution of

    social media content

    across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Oversee the

    social media content calendar

    , ensuring timely, high-quality, and engaging posts that align with brand campaigns and key moments.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and SM team to produce compelling content including posts, reels, carousels, stories, and short-form videos.
  • Manage the

    Video Content Calander

    and ensure all outputs are high quality , on brand and data-informed.Use data-driven insights to refine content tone, posting frequency, and platform strategy.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) to continuously optimize content strategy.
  • Stay updated with trends, formats, and best practices in digital and social content marketing.

3. Social Media & Digital Management

  • Oversee the

    social media & brand content teams

    , ensuring strong brand presence and audience engagement across platforms.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies that support brand awareness, community growth, and conversion goals.
  • Monitor analytics to assess performance and adjust tactics for optimal results.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the marketing department.

4. Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct regular brand performance analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer research.
  • Leverage insights to guide creative direction, content strategy, and media planning.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:

  • 5- 8 years of experience in brand management, content marketing, or digital strategy.
  • Proven success in

    video marketing

    ,

    social media team leadership

    , and

    executive brand management

    .
  • Experience working closely with C-level executives or thought leaders preferred.

Technical & Professional Skills:

  • Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and digital ecosystems.
  • Expertise in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Proficiency in performance tracking and content optimization.
  • Understanding of SEO/SMM- Digital Marketing Certification, analytics Certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in graphics/video editing tools (canva, Filmora, capcut, VSDC etc)
