Job Objectives:- To help achieve the sales objective defined for new cars of the BMW brand in the state of Rajasthan by means of marketing activities. To stabilise and continuously expand the dealer-customer base. Key Responsibilities:- Developing the marketing strategy and the plan on annual/ quarterly basis. Monitor and allocate marketing budget on annual/ quarterly basis. Define a media plan (for print, OOH, radio, and digital) to focus on lead generation and brand building. Enhance digital brand presence all over Rajasthan via SEO, PPC, content creation, social media and influencer marketing. Execute innovative campaigns, cross marketing and promotion for car launches and company events. Build strategic partnerships via luxury event sponsorships and brand collaborations. Conducting regular meetings with the sales team to discuss enquiry target agreements / feedback and achievement of objectives. Submit the marketing plan for each month, post discussion with the sales and CRM team, to the management in advance in the previous month for approval. Act as a support function to the sales team to generate desired number of quality enquiries in sync with the sales objectives of the dealership. Manage vendors/ marketing agencies and contractual/ commercial arrangements for the same. Manage marketing activities mix based on their efficiency and effectiveness. Plan marketing activities for the upcountry market. Maintain a database of all the customers and conduct loyalisation and customer care activities. Conduct emailer/ SMS campaigns on a regular basis. On a periodic basis, should review the overall performance of the marketing activities as well as the effectiveness of each activity on key parameters like leads generated, return on investment, cost per enquiry, etc. Research and keep a track of marketing activities of competitor and co-dealers. Assuming responsibility for training and advanced training of marketing employees. Motivating marketing employees. Acting as a role model and ensuring brand-compatible employee behaviour. Controlling marketing activities in accordance with corporate objectives. Analysing market potential, market presence and market utilization. Create marketing plans on a periodic basis in terms of budgets, enquiry target, etc and review the actual vs planned targets. Be a single point of contact with the BMW marketing team. Maintain reports as specified by the BMW marketing team. Planning and implementing marketing measures in coordination with the CRM team. Keep a track of eligibility of the dealership on marketing reimbursements from BMW. Maintain calculation around enquiries and test drives in coordination with the sales and CRM team for the purpose of marketing reimbursements, if any. (For eg, Brand Fund, etc) Informing sales team in advance of any marketing activity planned. Planning and implementing BMW campaigns and other events at the dealership. Controlling sales promotion measures of BMW India. Assuming responsibility for the processing of complaints and legal problems arising out of marketing activities. Acting as contact person for VIP customers. Implementing the standards / reference values of the BMW Group for marketing (new cars) and monitoring them. Providing process interface, communication promotion, and collaboration with other areas in the vehicle dealership. Ensure other marketing collateral (brochures, price list, spec sheets, etc) are available at the dealership.
