Marketing Communications Specialist

As a Marketing Manager for BMW in Rajasthan, your role will involve driving the sales objective for new cars and expanding the dealer-customer base. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing annual/quarterly marketing strategies and plans. - Monitoring and allocating marketing budgets. - Defining media plans for lead generation and brand building. - Enhancing digital brand presence through SEO, PPC, content creation, and social media. - Executing innovative campaigns and promotions for car launches and events. - Building strategic partnerships through sponsorships and collaborations. - Conducting regular meetings with the sales team to discuss targets and feedback. - Submitting monthly marketing plans for approval. - Supporting the sales team to generate quality enquiries. - Managing vendors and marketing agencies. - Maintaining customer database and conducting loyalty activities. - Reviewing marketing performance and competitor activities. - Training and motivating marketing employees. - Ensuring brand-compatible employee behavior. - Analyzing market potential and presence. - Being a single point of contact with the BMW marketing team. - Planning and implementing marketing measures in coordination with the CRM team. - Implementing BMW campaigns and events at the dealership. - Processing complaints and legal issues related to marketing activities. - Acting as a contact person for VIP customers. - Implementing BMW Group marketing standards. - Providing process interface and collaboration with other dealership areas. - Ensuring availability of marketing collateral at the dealership. Skills required: - Passion for the BMW brand - Excellent command over the English language - Ability to analyze complex consumer, marketing, and competitor data - Ability to work under pressure Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in automotive, luxury/fashion, or hospitality marketing. - MBA in marketing preferred.
