Job Details: Experience: 3-5 Years Work Schedule: 6 days a week Location: On-site, South Delhi Responsibilities: Design and build scalable APIs and microservices with Node.js/NestJS (serverless on AWS Lambda) Architect and maintain secure, high-performance backend systems Work with large datasets across Postgres, MongoDB, Redis , and integrate event-driven systems with Kafka Implement and optimize fraud detection & prevention logic to protect platform integrity Set up monitoring and alerting systems for reliability, performance, and security Collaborate with frontend (React Native, Next.js, Reanimated, Redux Toolkit, React Query) to deliver seamless experiences Ensure compliance with data protection and security best practices Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in backend roles (consumer or transactional products) Strong expertise in Node.js/NestJS and API design (REST/GraphQL) Hands-on experience deploying to AWS (Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudFront, infra automation) Strong working knowledge of Postgres, Redis, MongoDB in production Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems Understanding of fraud detection algorithms, real-time data processing, and system security (preferred) Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design Comfortable in a fast-paced startup with ownership of end-to-end delivery
