As a Marketing Executive for BMW brand in the state of Rajasthan, your main objective will be to contribute towards achieving the sales targets set for new cars through effective marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for expanding the dealer-customer base and enhancing the brand presence in the region. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans on an annual/quarterly basis. You will be required to monitor and allocate the marketing budget, define media plans for various platforms, and enhance digital brand presence through SEO, PPC, social media, and influencer marketing. Additionally, you will execute innovative campaigns for car launches, build strategic partnerships, and conduct regular meetings with the sales team to discuss objectives and feedback. You will need to collaborate with the sales and CRM team to submit monthly marketing plans for approval, support the sales team in generating quality enquiries, manage vendors and marketing agencies, and conduct emailer/SMS campaigns regularly. It will be essential to review the performance of marketing activities, analyze market trends, and keep track of competitor activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training and motivating marketing employees, ensuring brand-compatible behavior, and controlling marketing activities in alignment with corporate objectives. You will also need to plan and implement marketing measures in coordination with the CRM team, monitor reimbursements from BMW, and plan and implement BMW campaigns and events at the dealership. Your skills should include a passion for the BMW brand, excellent English language proficiency, ability to analyze consumer and competitor data, and capability to work under pressure. The preferred qualifications include 1-2 years of experience in automotive, luxury/fashion, or hospitality marketing, with an MBA in marketing being an added advantage.
