Detailed responsibilities Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Resource Management Understand the batch forecast and assignment from the lead and plan for the delivery of the training sessions Ensure completion of all components of the training program on schedule Timely completion of all necessary checkpoints in accordance with the functional SOP including batch documentation & communication to stakeholders Training Needs Analysis, Program Design, and Development Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for the batch entrusted to them Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices for maximum effectiveness Provide necessary support in refresher training and continuous education Coding Certification training for freshers and experienced employees Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Innovation Monitor trainees’ learning trends and analyze patterns Identify performance/behavioral red flags through the Early Warning System (EWS) Conduct assessments as per the schedule and maintain records Generate creative methods and solutions to improve the learning experience of trainees Team Performance Management and Development Assist trainees in developing competencies and skills required for effective performance Provide regular feedback to trainees Measure success based on trainee performance during training and operations Measure retention of employees in the system Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration Coordinate with stakeholders from Operations and other departments to ensure the progress of training activities and smooth handoff to Operations Work effectively through proper communication and consensus-building with people inside and outside the organization Support leadership training when required Geo Responsibility Shall be responsible for training delivery in their base location with flexibility required to work from the office in regular shifts and travel as per business requirements Skills: Training experience – proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development and tracking training effectiveness (communication skills, soft skills, customer service, culture and management training) Highly proficient in verbal and written communication. High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style. Flexible to work in shifts and travel between business centres (as per business requirement). Computer skills, including Microsoft Office is mandatory and basic understanding of authoring tools and Learning Management Systems. Applying active listening skills of attending, acknowledging and summarizing to facilitate understanding. Technical/Professional Knowledge - Should be proficient in RCM and have a broad and understanding of English language training and the presentation skill. Analysis/Problem Assessment – Securing relevant information through multiple methods and various sources to determine key issues and make comparisons/analysis.
