Brand Marketing Specialist

As a Brand Marketing Executive, you will be an integral part of our dynamic brand team, contributing your passion and creativity to drive our brand's success. Your role will involve collaborating with the marketing team to plan and execute multi-channel brand campaigns that are aligned with our business objectives. You will work closely with the brand team to develop engaging brand narratives, visuals, and content that resonate with our target audiences. Additionally, you will support the planning and execution of brand events, activations, and sponsorships to enhance our brand presence. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of brand campaigns will also be a key responsibility in this role. Identifying and engaging with influencers, online groups, and communities, negotiating partnerships, and managing influencer campaigns will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with media contacts to secure brand coverage and assist in executing PR activities such as drafting press releases and coordinating PR events. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communication, fashion, or a related field, along with years of marketing experience, particularly in the fashion or consumer goods industry. An enthusiastic attitude towards learning and staying updated with industry and social media trends is essential. Your creative mindset, strong communication and writing skills, organizational abilities, and multitasking capabilities will be valuable assets in this role. Additionally, demonstrating good ownership skills, a strong work ethic, and a sense of responsibility will contribute to your success.
