🎯 What We’re Looking For

2–3 years of proven experience in
US IT staffing
Strong knowledge of
visa & tax terms
(W2, C2C)
Hands-on with ATS, resume databases & sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in any field (IT exposure a plus)
Bonus: Experience with
US state clients
