Job Description

Technical Recruiter

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top technical talent.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates technical skills
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the selection process
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment
- Build and maintain a strong network of technical professionals for future opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Solid understanding of technical roles and technologies
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in C2C Hiring, FTE Hiring, and Staff Augmentation
- Knowledge of different sourcing techniques for technical roles
- Certification in Human Resources or Recruitment
