Job Opportunity: Senior Project Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling IT consulting and digital transformation services to enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in enterprise product ecosystems like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and a background in selling professional, implementation, or managed services across various global markets such as India, APAC, Middle East, Europe, or the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end sales processes for digital transformation and IT consulting projects aimed at enterprise customers.
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for services related to Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.
- Manage sales pipelines across diverse geographic markets, adapting sales strategies to regional business cultures and requirements.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives, technology leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Implement consultative selling techniques by aligning client challenges with suitable service offerings.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop customized proposals, solution decks, and commercial models.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, monitor sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Represent the organization at industry events, partner networks, and client meetings worldwide.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery teams post-contract closure.
Required Skills Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in IT services sales, enterprise solution sales, or digital transformation sales.
- Demonstrated success in selling services within the Salesforce, Oracle, SAP ecosystem.
- Proven experience in selling across different geographic markets like India, Middle East, APAC, Europe, or North America.
- Strong grasp of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud platforms, and service delivery cycles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with senior stakeholders.
- Track record of independently managing lengthy sales cycles and securing high-value deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.
