Technical Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Technical Recruiter -(Embedded/R&D/Technology/Product/AI & ML) to manage end-to-end recruitment for our core engineering clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of hiring specialists in embedded software, firmware, and hardware engineering.
• Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
  
• Coordinate with hiring/account managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidate pools.
  
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Proactively maintain a talent pool for critical R&D functions, including AI/ML hardware acceleration and system-level architecture.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes, including niche hiring for specialized roles like embedded systems engineering services.
  
• 2-5 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
  
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Mastery of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced Boolean search strings for targeting passive engineering talent.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams across different levels within an organization.
