Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each position.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline and improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT recruitment within an IT services-based company.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
• Deep understanding of the IT industry and technology trends, with the ability to assess technical skills and qualifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
