Job Description: Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, technical depth, and strategic leadership.

The TPM will be responsible for driving ERP implementations, cloud transformation, DevOps automation, and data-driven decision-making initiatives, ensuring delivery of business value at scale. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary programs, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results across technology, operations, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-phase technical programs across ERP, Cloud, DevOps, and Data Science domains.
• Define program strategy, goals, and success metrics (OKRs/KPIs) aligned with organizational priorities.
• Establish program governance frameworks for risk management, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
• Drive adoption of Agile, Scrum, and scaled Agile frameworks, ensuring consistent delivery practices across teams.
• Provide executive-level reporting to leadership, ensuring transparency on program health, risks, and dependencies.

ERP Implementation & Enterprise Solutions

• Lead ERPNext and enterprise system implementations, covering HRMS, Manufacturing, Finance, CRM, Supply Chain, and Analytics modules.
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure ERP customization aligns with operational needs and delivers measurable ROI.
• Ensure seamless integration with third-party APIs, IoT systems (e.g., biometric attendance), and business intelligence platforms.

Cloud & Infrastructure Transformation

• Drive AWS cloud migration, architecture design, and optimization for security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Oversee cloud-native deployments, hybrid infra strategies, and backup/recovery frameworks.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and high-availability solutions to ensure system reliability.

DevOps & Automation

• Experienced DevOps culture across engineering teams, ensuring automation and continuous improvement.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Nginx.
• Define best practices for infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and environment standardization.

Data Science & Business Intelligence

• Lead machine learning and advanced analytics programs to enable predictive modeling, demand forecasting, and operational optimization.
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making by building analytics platforms and interactive dashboards.
• Oversee implementation of BI tools to democratize data insights across business functions.

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, operations, and executive stakeholders to align technical strategy with business outcomes.
• Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams; foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Manage vendor relationships, third-party service providers, and cross-organization dependencies.

• Experience in large-scale ERP rollouts and change management

Data Science & Analytics

• Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), SQL, Machine Learning models
• Demand forecasting, predictive analytics, optimization models
• BI Tools: Tableau, Power BI, dashboard creation and visualization

Technical & Functional Skills

• Programming: Python, Node.js, SQL, JavaScript
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, relational modeling
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks
• Strong understanding of system design, security, and scalability

Leadership & Communication

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Program/Project Management with strong technical background.
• Proven expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS), ERP implementations, DevOps, and Data Science initiatives.
• Strong track record of delivering enterprise-scale programs with measurable business impact.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, PMP/PRINCE2, CSM, or DevOps certifications highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-million-dollar technology programs with global impact.
• Exposure to supply chain optimization, demand forecasting, and advanced analytics use cases.
• Familiarity with scaling ERP systems in manufacturing, retail, or export-driven industries.
• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
