Key Responsibilities:

Customer Account Management:
Manage multiple customer accounts, act as the primary point of contact, and provide subject matter expertise on cloud collaboration platforms and CMS solutions.
Technical Support:
Support pre-release testing, collect and analyze customer feedback, and escalate technical issues to the Google Support Team when necessary.
Adoption and Analytics:
Drive user adoption initiatives, analyze usage data, and identify opportunities for upselling and service expansion.
Stakeholder Management:
Conduct executive-level stakeholder meetings, maintain strong client relationships, and serve as a customer advocate to internal product teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Google Workspace Expertise:
Google Workspace Admin & GCP Certifications; familiarity with Google Workspace APIs.
Scripting/Development:
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, or Google Apps Script.
LumApps Expertise:
LumApps Admin Certification.

Additional Requirements:

Mandatory background verification checks will be conducted for all selected candidates.
