Job Title: Salesforce Business AnalystExperience: 8+ YearsLocation: On-Site (Pune)Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and proactive Salesforce Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical Salesforce team, driving requirements gathering, solution design, and successful delivery of CRM projects. You will be instrumental in optimizing business processes and maximizing the value of our Salesforce platform across sales, service, and marketing functions. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with business units to gather and document detailed business and functional requirements related to Salesforce implementations and enhancements.Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and process flows.Serve as the liaison between stakeholders and the Salesforce development team.Analyze and optimize Salesforce processes across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (as applicable).Assist in configuring Salesforce (basic customization) and validate solution design with stakeholders.Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate training/documentation for end-users.Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.Maintain data integrity, perform impact analysis, and support ongoing change management. Required Skills & Qualifications:8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce CRM.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and basic declarative configurations.Proven experience gathering business requirements and converting them into technical solutions.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.Proficiency in creating process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data models.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers, admins, QA, and business users. Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder.Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations and AppExchange products.Exposure to CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.Familiarity with reporting and dashboard creation within Salesforce.
