Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Utilize HRIS/HRMS systems to track and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Leverage multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and collaborate with the payroll team for compensation structuring.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and report insights to optimize hiring strategies.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, experience in Manufacturing and IT sectors would considered as an asset.
  • Experience in Sales would bring considered as an asset.
  • Proficiency in various HRIS/HRMS platforms and payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements in India.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience in data-driven recruitment decisions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
