About the Role

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment including stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
  • Make high volumes of daily outreach (calls/emails) and follow-ups with candidates.
  • Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain structured tracking, planning, and reporting of the recruitment pipeline.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Use platforms like

    LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other ATS/CRM tools

    effectively.
  • Drive creative sourcing strategies across job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Measure recruitment quality by evaluating metrics like source of hire, time to hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
  • Contribute to employer branding and hiring process improvement.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in a high-growth or tech-driven environment).
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be

  • Passionate about recruitment, self-motivated, and open to working beyond regular hours when needed.
  • Prior exposure to

    cybersecurity/observability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR or Psychology preferred).
  • Prior experience working with fast-paced startups or IT companies.
  • Data-oriented mindset and ability to generate meaningful hiring insights
