Role Requirement Summary: L&D Head – Sales Experience & Background: Minimum 15 years of overall professional experience . At least 10 years of core experience in Learning & Development (L&D) , ideally within high-performance, sales-driven environments. Strong background across Sales, HR, and L&D , with demonstrated ability to align training with business outcomes. Must have led L&D and HR teams , with experience in team development, performance management, and cross-functional coordination. Proven experience in pan-regional collaboration across diverse business units. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory. Certifications & Qualifications: Certified L&D professional from a recognized institution Additional certifications in instructional design , behavioral training , or coaching will be a plus. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the L&D and HR team to ensure delivery of strategic training initiatives and HR interventions. Identify training needs through business analysis, stakeholder feedback, and performance data. Design, develop, and deliver training programs focusing on: Sales skills (telecalling, field sales, B2B/B2C selling) Soft skills (communication, conflict management, negotiation) Behavioral and leadership development Partner with regional and functional heads to customize training interventions .
