Job Description

As an experienced professional in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Leadership Training, you will play a crucial role in leading various initiatives within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development:** - Lead Leadership Development Programs for senior management and high-potential employees to nurture a strong leadership pipeline. - Design and implement scalable learning programs across different regions and functions, ensuring consistent quality and impact. - **Corporate & Functional Training:** - Develop and deliver training programs tailored for corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Technology, Sales, and Customer Service. - Ensure that functional training aligns with business objectives and role-specific competencies. - Utilize e-learning platforms and blended learning solutions to offer flexible learning opportunities. - **Managing Distributed Workforce Training:** - Create and oversee learning initiatives for employees dispersed across various locations in India. - Maintain uniform training quality and delivery standards across multiple regions and branches. - **Learning Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement:** - Define and monitor learning metrics (KPI/ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs. - Regularly assess and enhance training content based on feedback and evolving business requirements. Your essential experience should include: - 13+ years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, and Leadership Training. - Demonstrated proficiency in designing and executing leadership and functional training programs for dispersed teams. - Expertise in spearheading L&D initiatives across diverse business functions like Sales, Finance, Technology, and HR. - Strong grasp of OD frameworks, competency development, and talent management. - Proficient in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms. - Outstanding communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
