Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across engineering, product, and IT teams


Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies


Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and Boolean searches


Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit


Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage the offer process


Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles


Leverage data and KPIs to improve sourcing and time-to-fill metrics


Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding


Partner with HR on diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding


Stay current on industry trends and market intelligence
