Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for high-volume roles, primarily in

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Handle

  interview coordination

  , ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate with internal

  stakeholders

  to understand manpower requirements and deliver talent solutions accordingly.
• Empanel and manage recruitment

  vendors

  , ensuring performance and compliance with agreed SLAs.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, maintaining dashboards for open positions and hiring status.
