Job Title: HR InternLocation: Onsite - Vadodara Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop foundational skills in human resources management. Key Responsibilities:Assist with the recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews.Support onboarding activities for new hires, including document collection and orientation scheduling.Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement initiatives.Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned.Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Requirements:Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.High attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualification:Prior internship or volunteer experience in an office environment is a plus.Familiarity with HR software or systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is an advantage.
