Job Description As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing design projects that align with Dozti’s vision of timeless, functional, and innovative spaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and brand managers to develop creative concepts, produce detailed plans, and deliver inspiring interiors across residential, retail, and workspace environments. Examples of projects include jewelry stores, office spaces, retail stores, and other branded environments that require both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Responsibilities Develop design concepts, mood boards, and layouts that align with project goals. Create detailed 2D/3D drawings, floor plans, and renderings using industry-standard software. Factor in materials, furniture, finishes, and fixtures while considering sustainability and budget. Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and execution. Oversee UI/UX consistency for Dozti retail/office environments where physical and digital experiences intersect. Prepare and present design proposals to stakeholders using visual mockups and presentations. Stay current with design trends, building codes, materials, and technologies. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within timelines and budgets. Requirements 1- 3 years of hands-on experience in interior design or related fields. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max, along with Adobe Creative Suite. Strong portfolio showcasing space planning, design concepts, and completed projects. Knowledge of material selection, lighting design, and color theory. Ability to translate brand identity and abstract ideas into tangible spatial experiences. Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with multi-disciplinary teams. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in sustainable design and green building practices. Knowledge of construction management or site supervision. Familiarity with AR/VR tools for immersive design presentations. Prior experience in retail or branded environment design.
