ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•Assist in posting job openings and reviewing resumes•Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates•Contribute to training program coordination•Assist in maintaining employee records

QUALIFICATIONS

:•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, BBA, B.Com, or a related field.•MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management will be preferred.•0–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (freshers can apply).•Good communication and interpersonal skills.•Knowledge of HR processes, recruitment, employee engagement.•Ability to handle confidential information professionally.•Strong organizational and coordination skills.
