We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn HR practices in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview status and follow-ups
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Help track attendance, leave, and basic HR metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements
• Assist in planning employee engagement activities
• Support HR events, training sessions, and internal communications
• Help in drafting HR policies, announcements, and email communications
• Prepare basic HR reports and Excel trackers
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR data
• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or a related field
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruitment process
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
• Basic knowledge of HRMS tools
• Prior internship or project experience in HR
