Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition for our recruitment efforts and drive talent acquisition strategies at NMT Group, a rapidly growing technology company. The successful candidate will specialize in sourcing and attracting top talent across various technical and non-technical roles. This role will focus on creating a robust recruitment pipeline, improving the candidate experience, and developing hiring practices that align with the company’s fast-paced and innovative environment.


This role will require the following responsibilities:


Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s business goals and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and forecast workforce requirements.
  • Create and manage detailed hiring plans for technical, engineering, product development, and support roles.
  • Drive recruitment campaigns for high-demand roles in emerging technology fields (AI, software development, data science, etc.).


Sourcing & Candidate Pipeline Development:

  • Build and manage a diverse talent pipeline using multiple sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, industry events, and employee referrals).
  • Utilize recruitment tools, databases, and social platforms (such as LinkedIn) to actively search for top talent in the technology sector.
  • Engage with passive candidates, using industry knowledge and networking skills to attract top-tier talent.
  • Establish relationships with universities, coding boot camps, and professional organizations to build a steady pipeline of emerging talent.


Recruitment Process Management:

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Design and implement an efficient and scalable interview process, including technical assessments, behavioral interviews, and cultural fit evaluations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process, from the first point of contact to final offer acceptance.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and use data to streamline hiring processes and make informed decisions.


Employer Branding & Candidate Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the company’s employer brand and value proposition.
  • Develop recruitment marketing campaigns to position the company as an employer of choice in the technology sector.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, career fairs, and online communities to increase brand visibility.
  • Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and headhunters where necessary to attract specialized talent.


Metrics & Recruitment Analytics:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hiring, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Use data and analytics to optimize the recruitment process and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.
  • Leverage analytics to understand trends in the tech talent market and proactively address gaps in the recruitment process.


Talent Onboarding & Retention:

  • Collaborate with HR and departmental teams to design and manage a seamless onboarding process that enhances new hire experience.
  • Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience and facilitate long-term retention.
  • Work closely with HR leadership on retention strategies and development programs to reduce employee turnover.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering [Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical, or similar affiliated branch], and a Master’s / MBA in Human Resources.
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,

    preferably within the technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of the technology landscape, emerging trends, and skills required for tech roles.
  • Proven experience with modern sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to use analytics for decision-making.



Pay range and compensation package:

Salary range: ~INR 10 Lakhs. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's skills and experience. The company offers competitive incentive packages, medical care for self and family, and other benefits.


Optional location for this role is Noida, Uttar Pradesh
