Position Details

Location: Indore (Work From Office)
Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-hand)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Eligibility: Male/Female
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Internship Option Also Available

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple profiles across industries
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with clients
• Maintain candidate pipelines, reports, and hiring trackers
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets within defined timelines
• Build strong communication and relationship management skills
