Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Executive / Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and Sales roles, including bulk / volume hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment across IT, Non-IT, and Sales roles.
  • Lead bulk / volume hiring campaigns for sales and operational positions.
  • Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media.
  • Screen candidates via telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring strategy.
  • Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire).
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and pre-joining engagement for new hires.
  • Build strong candidate relationships to enhance employer branding.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Experience in bulk / mass hiring (preferably sales or field roles).
  • Knowledge of IT & Non-IT recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
  • Day shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
