Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring new customers through field visits, retail partnerships, and outbound sales calls. The ideal candidate is energetic, persuasive, and target-driven, with a passion for helping people improve their health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to promote and sell HealthAssist memberships, plans, and wellness services.
• Generate leads through cold calls, door-to-door marketing, and customer referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinics, pharmacies, and retail partners.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Educate customers on HealthAssist’s products, pricing, and benefits.
• Participate in health camps, marketing drives, and promotional events.
• Record all sales activities and customer data using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and after-sales service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Healthcare).
• 1–3 years of experience in field, retail, or outbound sales (healthcare, wellness, or insurance preferred).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
