Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Trainer to develop, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, training, and coaching, and will be passionate about empowering the team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement sales training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Keep the team updated on product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
• Provide ongoing mentoring and support to ensure consistent sales performance.
• Create training materials, guides, and manuals tailored to the team’s requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and sales training (2–5 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and improve the performance of a diverse sales team.
• Knowledge of healthcare products/services is a plus.
