Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Train and prepare candidates as per company and client interview standards
Conduct mock interviews and provide structured feedback
Improve candidates communication, confidence, and interview readiness
Guide candidates on inside sales interview expectations and best practices

Requirements:

Prior Min 6 months of experience in
Inside Sales
Experience in training or mentoring candidates for interviews
Fluent English communication
(mandatory)
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

Additional Details:

No sales targets
Training-focused role
Suitable for candidates who enjoy coaching and mentoring

Salary :

Upto 2.4 LPA(20k in hand)

Working days : 5.5(alternate saturdays off)

Shift Timing : 9:45AM-6PM
