Sales Trainer

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging sales training programs to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
• Provide individual coaching, mentoring, and feedback to sales representatives to enhance performance.
• Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business and revenue goals.
• Conduct regular training assessments and evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Create, update, and manage sales training materials, tools, and resources.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and address training needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and EdTech market developments to continuously improve training programs.
