Sales Trainer

As a Training and Development Specialist, your role involves designing and maintaining training manuals and workbooks to ensure up-to-date content, by closely collaborating with your supervisor. You will compile and submit monthly reports on training activities and needs in a timely and concise manner. Additionally, you will assist in delivering formal induction and training processes for new hires. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing effective training sessions for agents and middle-level staff to enhance productivity - Coaching team members on soft skills and processes - Organizing and presenting activities that reinforce the learning process - Developing individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources, providing coaching, and conducting training sessions - Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, and integrating support with routine job functions - Conducting periodic tests to evaluate the performance of trainees and recommending improvements based on the evaluation Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's Degree - Minimum of 2 years' experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions - Experience in tele-marketing jobs - At least 1 year of experience as a trainer in a domestic call center with a team of more than 20 trainees - Fluency with general desktop productivity software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong people interaction skills - Clear diction and clarity in speech, avoiding nasal voice, lisps, stammer, etc. - Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Problem-solving ability and creative out-of-the-box thinking.
