Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead generation: Drive admissions through ATL (above-the-line) & BTL (Below-the-line) marketing strategies such as school seminars, public seminars, residential campaigns within assigned territories. 2. Institutional outreach: Visit schools and engage with principals, coordinators, and decision-makers to promote career guidance and development programs and drive business development. 3. Home counseling: Conduct home visits to counsel students and parents, delivering a seamless experience that leads to student enrollment. 4. Local networking: Build relationships with local tuition teachers, local student outreach and educational influencers to create referral opportunities. 5. Compliance & reporting: Ensure adherence to all internal processes and compliance standards. 6. Area Business Development 7. Setting appointment and closing prospects Shift timings: 1. 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). 2. Sunday fixed week-off. 3. Full-time presence during shift hours is mandatory. Candidate requirements: 1. Education: Graduate in any stream (preferred: Sales, marketing, or education background). 2. Experience: Prior experience in on-site/inside sales, marketing, counseling, or business development is an advantage (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome). Skills: 1.
