Role Overview: As an Automotive Sales Trainer, your role will involve assessing the performance of sales teams and providing them with the necessary technical and soft skills essential for success in the automotive industry. You will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that focus on enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver technical and soft skills training for automotive sales teams. - Evaluate sales team performance and offer constructive feedback. - Keep abreast of industry trends to continuously refine training content. - Coordinate onboarding programs for new sales personnel. - Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to enhance sales strategies. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven experience in sales training or automotive sales. - Ability to mentor and motivate sales teams. - Knowledge of automotive industry trends and sales strategies. - Willingness to travel for training sessions as needed. The work schedule consists of day shifts with weekend availability. Additionally, performance bonuses and yearly bonuses are included. The work location is on-site.
