We are seeking a highly organized and result-driven B2B Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our B2B processes. This role focuses on ensuring seamless coordination between sales, client servicing, logistics, and internal teams to drive efficiency and client satisfaction. end-to-end B2B operations including onboarding, order processing, fulfillment, and client communication. Collaborate with sales and account teams to understand client needs and ensure smooth execution. Monitor KPIs to improve process efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality. Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and enterprise clients. Oversee CRM and inventory tools to track order status and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with SLAs, contracts, and internal policies. Lead operational reporting and weekly business reviews with key stakeholders. Drive automation and improvements to reduce manual work and errors. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in B2B operations, preferably in tech, SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Experience with tools like Excel, CRM (Salesforce/Zoho), and ERP systems. Strong problem-solving and process management abilities. Preferred:Experience in scaling operations for B2B clients or startups. Knowledge of B2B payment cycles, procurement, and service agreements.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, customer support, and operations to resolve quality issues. Prepare detailed quality reports and use to give the feebacks. Analyze performance data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement. Conduct comprehensive quality audits and assessments of B2B processes, products, and services.
