They design and implement training programs that enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer interaction skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver technical and soft skills training for automotive sales teams. Evaluate sales team performance and provide constructive feedback . Stay updated on industry trends to refine training content. Facilitate onboarding programs for new sales personnel. Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to improve sales strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Proven experience in sales training or automotive sales . Ability to mentor and motivate sales teams. Knowledge of automotive industry trends and sales strategies . Willingness to travel for training sessions when required.
