Were Hiring: Trainer – Wall Decor (IST) | Urban Company | Delhi NCR

What you’ll do:

Train IST agents on sales communication, call handling & customer-first behaviour
Deliver weekly refreshers & daily huddles
Conduct call audits, coaching & quality calibrations
Build training content — decks, SOPs, scripts, one-pagers & videos
Collaborate with Category & Product teams to refine SOPs and improve customer experience

What we’re looking for:

3–8+ years in sales training (BPO, telesales, retail, EdTech, field sales, or blue-collar training)
Strong communication & facilitation skills (Hindi + English)
Ability to coach, audit, and drive behaviour change
Experience creating high-quality training content
High ownership & passion for developing people
