Field Operations Supervisor (Contractual)

We are seeking a highly motivated and intent-driven Field Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of driving walk-ins by identifying the right sources and high-potential areas, executing targeted local marketing activities, and exploring innovative ways to automate and streamline ground operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify high-footfall zones and potential target areas for outreach. Onboard and trainee professional partners for the new business line Drive local partnerships and collaborations to boost visibility and walk-ins. Execute on-ground campaigns and monitor their effectiveness. Explore automation and operational efficiency Track performance metrics and continuously optimize efforts. What Were Looking For: Min 6 months to 3 yrs experience in onground / field operations or sales Strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in field operations, field sales, or local outreach is a plus.
