Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Trainer role based in Hyderabad. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering sales training programs to empower the sales team to maximize performance. Daily tasks include designing training content, conducting workshops, providing support to enhance presentation and communication effectiveness, and coaching on customer service excellence. The role includes monitoring the effectiveness of training programs and ensuring alignment with the company’s sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Presentation Skills and ability to deliver impactful Sales Trainings
• Expertise in Training & Development with experience in structuring and implementing training programs
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with teams
• Proficiency in Customer Service strategies and enhancing client satisfaction
• Proven track record in coaching and mentoring professionals is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred
