• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

• Proven experience as a sales trainer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
