Job Description

Pushpa Jewellers is looking for Sales Trainer to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to enhance employee performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to ensure employees stay updated on new products and techniques.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver coaching programs to improve employee skills and confidence.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and metrics.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to help them achieve their goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a sales trainer or in a related field, with a minimum of years of experience.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are required to engage and motivate employees.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is preferred.
