Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Assist in payroll processing and resolve employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and leave.

Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policies aligned with the overall business strategy.

Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance.

Support performance appraisal processes and provide administrative support during review cycles.

Address employee grievances professionally and maintain a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Organize employee engagement activities, welfare events, and internal communications.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

2-4 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry.

Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Keka, Zoho People, GreytHR, etc.).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Office Hours:

10 AM 7:30 PM
