We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our team and ensure smooth internal operations. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in administrative support, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. As an integral member of our team, the Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, handling documentation, coordinating internal processes, and supporting various departments to ensure business operations run seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfilment. Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist with audits. Maintain accurate production records and ensure documentation compliance. Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and manage invoices. Enter and update data in order and inventory systems. Support quality control by tracking product inspections and returns. Provide administrative support to management and teams as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or business management are a plus. Proficiency in MS Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
