Assist technicians on-site by preparing work areas, tools, and material Shuttle tools, parts, and equipment between workstations and job sites Hold and organize tools, supply parts, and support during installations or repairs
Oversee and manage the general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and income tax. Supervise and support the accounting team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and ensure smooth audit processes. Maintain accurate financial records and reports in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Odoo).

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases accordingly. Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster relationships.

Issue Resolution & Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and collaborating with internal teams to find solutions. Account Planning & Forecasting: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and forecast account performance. Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs—such as retention rate, revenue growth, churn, and client satisfaction—and provide regular status report.
