Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and servicing of 2-wheelers (engine, brakes, suspension, transmission, electrical systems). Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in scooters and motorcycles. Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and quality checks before delivery. Replace or repair worn-out parts as per standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate service records and job cards. Provide technical support to customers and dealership technicians. Attend field breakdowns or on-site service calls when required. Ensure adherence to safety standards and cleanliness in the workshop. Report recurring faults or quality issues to the supervisor or quality control team. Requirements: Education: ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Experience: 1–3 years in 2-wheeler servicing or workshop operations (freshers with training can also apply) Technical Skills: Strong understanding of 2-wheeler engine systems (4-stroke, 2-stroke), gearboxes, and electrical wiring.
